Over forty years again, my grand-father began producing Scotch Slices and Black + White Puddings for his butcher’s shop in South Australia’s northern suburbs. Peter took his recipe to Lyndoch, where he continues to work in the shop, into his retirement. Thanks to Lyndoch Butchers, we are bringing the recipe back to our customers at Belve.
